As we approach the end of the year, we know you are all busy preparing for the festivities of December. Please take a minute to check two important things to ensure that you start 2023 off on the right foot! Please log in to the Employee Self Service (ESS) portal at https://ess.impellam.com and make sure that:

Your mailing address is up to date.

o This will ensure that your W2 is delivered to the correct address, so make sure you update your details by Sunday, December 18th.

Your weekly pay statements correctly reflect your tax details.

o If they DO NOT, let your recruiter know immediately. We still have a little time to make adjustments so that your W2 has the correct data included.

2022 W2s will be made available online by the federal deadline of January 31st, 2023, so make sure to update your personal information before Sunday, December 18th. Instructions to access the online portal will be distributed in January. Paper copies of W2s will be mailed out as well. Thank you in advance and enjoy the holiday season!
